Wholesale FAQ

ORDERING PROCESS

  • Submit your order through the Wholesale Portal by Monday at 3:00 PM. We do not accept orders by text or email.
  • Minimum order: $100. No exceptions.
  • Cancellations must be made by Monday at 3:00 PM during the week of delivery.
  • For rush orders received after 3:00 PM, we will do our best to fulfill your order.
  • Events and large orders require one week’s notice.

SHELF LIFE

To ensure your customers enjoy our baked goods at their best, please share these storage guidelines with your team.

Room Temperature: Up to 3 days if the product is individually packaged or displayed under a dome or display case.

Refrigerated: Up to 2 weeks in an airtight container or if individually packaged.

Frozen: Up to 6 months in an airtight container or if individually packaged.

Products that are not individually packaged are best enjoyed the same day and will last 1 day in an open bakery case. We recommend displaying only the quantity you expect to sell that day to preserve freshness and reduce waste.

DELIVERY ROUTE

  • Tuesday: UPS and out-of-state deliveries (one week’s notice required).
  • Thursday: Local deliveries.
  • Friday (twice a month): West Coast Florida.

WHITE CONTAINERS

  • Products are delivered in reusable plastic containers or point-of-sale cardboard cases.
  • Please clean the plastic containers and return them to the driver with your next delivery.
  • Damaged or dirty containers will incur a $4 fee per container.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • We will refund or replace products that are damaged during delivery.
  • If you receive the wrong product or an item is mislabeled, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

DELIVERY FEES

  • $11 – Deliveries within 5 miles of Wynwood/Miami Central
  • $19 – North Miami, Aventura, Sunny Isles, Doral
  • $26 – Broward, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Kendall
  • $35–$50 – Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Key Biscayne
  • TBD – West Coast Florida and Central Florida
  • Hotel, Museum, Club, or Shopping Center: Additional $7
  • UPS Shipping: Shipping cost calculated separately.
