The goal is not a perfect body.
The goal is a joyful experience.
To improve our experience, we have to expand our awareness.
Wellness is not about “healthy” food only; it’s about the lifestyle modifications we make towards a joyful life. ⠀⠀
We don’t get sick; we forget that living is to be happy. ⠀⠀
Our bodies are chemically-based, led by hormonal operations.
Hormones react to emotions, and emotions react to our everyday choices—those which I call “lifestyle” modifications. ⠀⠀
To synchronize to your rhythm of “happy” or “healthy,” you have to review your daily habits. Those include your routines for sleep, nourishment, movement, work, and relationships with your spirit and with others.
We fall off the wagon sometimes, and that’s OK.
It’s a chance to look up at the sky from the bottom of the well.
Reset, rethink, regroup, and climb up stronger.
This is what my lectures are about.
This is what Returning to the Wild Woman presents.
In the world we live in, we often take our spirit for granted.
We hurt our bodies, we judge them, we curse them,
when in fact, every single one of our physical issues are an invitation to a deeper understanding of who we are.
I would love for you to join me at my next talk
on Saturday, November 2nd at 5 pm.
I suggest bringing a notebook and pen.
I’ll bring tea and cookies and my devoted passion to help heal our souls.
