• Like our baked goods, our shipping is done with care and attention.
• To ensure that our baked goods arrive fresh and perfectly preserved, we carefully package our orders in insulated containers with dry ice or gel packs.
  
• All UPS orders are shipped on Tuesday without exception, using either Next-Day or 2nd Day Service to ensure prompt, fresh delivery.
  
• We ship nationwide. 
  
• If your order says "can't ship to address" you might have an item that is available for pick-up only.
  
• Catering baked goods can not be shipped ground. These items must be ordered for Pick-up only.

• We use tree-nuts extensively
• We work in a dedicated vegan and gluten-free facility.
• We do not accept substitutes or modifications to recipes.
• Corn is present in the products that have powdered sugar as an ingredient of the same.

The product should always be covered, protected from air, humidity or light.

• Room temperature: 4-5 Days

You can extend shelf-life by storing the desserts at controlled temperatures:

• Fridge: 2 weeks
• Freezer: 3 months
