This cheesecake is a dream! The elderflower syrup and the mango top any other fruit flavor combination. The base is our celestial chunk cookie, topped with a creamy cashew-based infused with elderflower syrup finished with a mango swirl. Debuted in SEED Food & Wine 2019
Ingredients: celestial chunk cookie crust, cashew, mango, coconut milk, housemade elderflower syrup (cane sugar) lemon, pink salt, sunflower lecithin, coconut oil, agar.

Shipping Details
- Local delivery is $18 this is a door-to-door service within the Miami-Dade area. For Broward, Palm Beach or the vicinity counties, delivery fee is $25
- All ground or air orders are sent out Monday through Wednesday.
- We ship nationwide. Next air or 2-day shipping preferably. These items include insulated material and dry ice.
- Catering baked goods can not be shipped ground. These items must be ordered for Local Delivery or Pick-up only.
